I’m Jon — a real estate agent, and this started because of my own business.

I’ve spent nearly a decade building my business in a small, relationship-driven market, where trust, visibility, and being top-of-mind matter far more than reach or going viral.

About 70% of my leads have come from social media — not by posting nonstop or chasing trends, but by showing up consistently in a way that fit real life, real schedules, and real people.

Over time, I learned what actually moves the needle online in smaller markets, and what just creates noise. This work exists to help other agents skip the trial-and-error and build local visibility in a way that’s sustainable — even when business and life get busy.

With a background in design, marketing, and tech — starting as a software trainer at Apple and later moving into full-time marketing and brand strategy — my strength is turning big ideas into simple, doable next steps.
